Behaviour Guidebook and Sanitary Protocol to detect and handle the violence against women

SUMMARY

Violence against women had been recognized as a public health problem in the last few years because the high mortality and morbility which produces. That´s why it is very important to develop and use some efficient protocols to detect and handle this problems. It is also very important to have suitable communication habilities with the victims and use the universal screening to detect that situations.

This Behaviour Guidebook and Sanitary Protocol can be a practical instrument for the sanitary professionals and, after having detected some difficulties in the application with 34 victims, we had changed some points in the final document.
