SUMMARY

  The case that we present describes the evolution of a case of masculine exhibitionism in a young male, who requested treatment voluntarily. The used therapeutic approach was based on cognitive restructuring, skills of easing, skills of self–control, liberation and later redriving of emotions and negative feelings about his family of origin. It appeared to be fundamental the respect of the pace of the therapy that the patient imposed, both for the permanency and for the success of the treatment.
