SUMMARY
Objective: To present pilot validation study data of cuestionnaire FSFI for Spanish population.
Design: preliminary analysis of psychometric properties in a university students sample.
Results and Conclusions: Questionnaire shows a high internal consistency (Crombach´s α 0.92). In factorial analysis with varimax rotation we found a five factors structure, like in original Rosen et al. (1) study. As evident dimensions relationship, showed in original study and like it seems in clinical practice in female sexual dysfunction a factorial analysis with oblique rotation was made. We found a five factors structure, same structure as in original study but seems respond to a more simple factorial structure, showed in correlations too. Confirmatory factorial analysis throw a hierarchical in a second order factor named sexual response and two other factors related to satisfaction and desire.
