SUMMARY

Patient of 59 years of age with erectile dysfunction after treatment of cancer of prostate by means of radical prostatectomy. The importance of the Specific Prostate Antigen in the diagnosis of cancer of prostate is commented; also the risk of erectile dysfunction according to the different interventions.
