SUMMARY

  Patient aged 31, married 2 years ago, which initially came for hypoactive sexual desire alone therapy seeking to resolve the sexual dysfunction that prevents you from having sex with her husband and began 6 years ago when an opposition prepared to coincide with dyspepsia, anorexia nervosa and depression. Hypothyroidism was diagnosed 3 years later. The evaluation begins a couples therapy prior to sex therapy. Techniques were used as the increased frequency of exchange interaction and positive reinforcement, training and communication of positive feelings and sensorial focalization. Unexpectedly during sex therapy, the husband refers to a male dyspareunia due to paraphimosis.
