Sexual rehabilitation therapy in a case of parafily with a mentally retarded patient

SUMMARY

  The case presented describes the action being done on the behavior exhibitionist and sexual abuse in children whose author is a man with mental retardation. The therapeutic approach is based on sexual education, self-control techniques and behavior modification. At all times the priority is the patient´s rythm, due to his little capacity for understanding the situation and inadequacy of his acTions, as well as the consequences, his deficits in self-regulation and the existence of a family environment and socially disadvantaged.
