SUMMARY

The work that we present reflective the intervention process in adolescents smaller than 18 years, stage in the one that according to the assistance guidelines proposed by the Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association, the treatment should be conservative for the possible variations of the age about the sexual identity, but that with parents’ consent it can begin the hormonal therapy starting from the 16 years, for the best hormonal results about the secondary sexual characters and rising improvement in quality of life.
