SUMMARY

  It’s made an análisis of the knowledge we’ve (until the date) collected with regard to the relationship between physical activity and third age, synthesizing the most suitable tests of functional valuation for a previous exam, and the limitations an contraindications that in each special case can be set up because of the personal condictions of a third aged member according to his previous diet of physical activity and his health nature, all these built to give a solid base to the professionals of the geriatrics on his daily work.
