Nutrition and Alzheimer’s disease, a dilema posible to conciliate?

SUMMARY

  In the last twenty years the role of dietary has been investigated as a possible enviromental factor in the etiology of the disease, as well as its effect on the prognosis and patient´s quality of life due to undermourishment processes. Nutritional intervention pretends to assure a balanced nutritional status from both clinic and educative perspectives. This work is the result of a documental study about the nutritional complexities in the Alzheimer´s disease with the objetive of improving nutritional cares though the use of an effective dietary therapy.
